Does it cost anything to join?
Absolutely not! in fact, we give you 1000 points for joining.
How do I join the XCVI Rewards program?
Joining is easy. All you need to do is create a store account, and you will automatically join our rewards program, and start earning points for every purchase.
How do I earn points?
Earning points is easy. Once you create a store account, you will automatically earn points for every dollar you spend in our online store. You also earn points for joining the XCVI Rewards program, for celebrating your birthday, for leaving a review, for referring your friends, and other actions outlined above.
How do I check my balance?
To check your point balance simply log in to your account and click on the program launcher (the big red button in the bottom right hand corner of the page). Once the panel has loaded your point balance will be listed at the very top.
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
You can now redeem your reward points for coupons directly in checkout. And, we show you exactly how many points you will earn for your current purchase.
You can also redeem your points for rewards through the rewards launcher. Log in to your account, and open the program launcher (the big red button in the bottom right hand corner of the page). Once the panel loads, click on "All rewards" tab. If you have enough points, you will see a "Redeem" button to the right of the reward name, if not, a progress bar will be shown instead. Click on the "Redeem" button to select your reward. Please note, redeemed reward will expire 6 months from issue date. So, don’t forget to use it.
How do I use my rewards?
You can now redeem your reward points for coupons directly in checkout. And, we show you exactly how many points you will earn for your current purchase.
Or, once you redeem your points for a reward via the rewards launcher, your reward will be kept in "Your rewards" panel in the program launcher. When you are ready to use it, simply click on the reward you want to use, and click the "Apply code" button, to have it applied to your order automatically. Please note, redeemed reward will expire 6 months from issue date. So, don’t forget to use it.
How do I leave a review?
Review request emails are automatically sent out a few days after you receive your order. But, if you don’t receive an email from us, you can always find the product on our site, and click the “Leave a review” button underneath the photos.
How do referrals work?
In the program launcher panel, scroll down to "Refer your friends" section. Here you will find the referral link you can send to your friends, via email, Facebook or twitter. Each friend will receive a $25 OFF coupon, and you’ll get 2,000 points when they complete their first purchase. There is no limit to the number of referral bonuses you can earn, and you can track all your completed referrals in this section as well.
I forgot to log into my account when I made a purchase. Can I still get points?
Of course! Simply contact our customer service within 14 days of purchase and we will retroactively add points to your account manually. Please note, that the email provided on your order must match the email associated with your account.
Can I receive points for purchasing your brand from other sites/stores?
Unfortunately, no. Points are awarded for purchases made directly on XCVI.com, only.
What happens to my points when I return an item?
When you return an item for a refund, the points earned for your original purchase will be deducted from your point balance. When you return your order for a store credit or an exchange, no points will be deducted from your balance.
If you used an XCVI Reward (coupon code) for the order that you returned for a full refund, your reward does not get refunded back to your account. You will need to contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the refund, and we will manually re-issue the reward (discount code) back to your account. Please note, partial refunds are not eligible for re-issuing of the reward.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Your points will expire one (1) year after they were earned. But don’t worry, we will send you an email reminding you to use your points, and your available balance.
Can I use my reward coupons on everything in your online store?
Generally, yes. However, some sale items do not allow additional coupon codes to be used. Additionally, you can only use one coupon code at a time, which means your reward coupon code cannot be combined with any other discount code.
Are there minimum purchase restrictions for using my points?
Yes. $25 OFF coupon is applicable on orders of $50 or more, $50 OFF coupon is applicable on orders of $100 or more, $100 OFF coupon is applicable on orders of $200 or more. Each coupon can only be used once, and cannot be combined with any other coupon code. All coupon codes expire 6 months from the time they are issued, and cannot be re-issued.
