Fall Trio: Campfire, Burlap, and Canyon Dusk

Fall Trio: Campfire, Burlap, and Canyon Dusk

Three new colors emerge from Wearables’ latest drop, resembling the warm earthiness of a desert at sunset. The aptly named Canyon Dusk brings a peachy glow, like mountains as the sun goes down, while Campfire Pigment honors its title in dusty burnt orange-red. Classic beige Burlap pigment rounds out the trio with a go-to neutral that looks like desert sand. Together, all three hues evoke a lively yet calming Fall feeling with autumnal color grounded by an earthy touch.

Fall is all about layering, with tops like the Lilis Turtleneck. In ultra-soft spandex rib, Lilis looks upbeat in neutral-alternative Canyon Dusk. Adjacent hues pair together beautifully, and the Cord Trumble Crop in flaming Campfire brings out the warmth in its Canyon counterpart. Featuring a slightly flared leg and capri fit with front pocket, corduroy Trumble makes a great transitional trouser. For added “umph,” try the Twill Slade Vest in Burlap or Campfire. A waterfall draped cut and cinchable waist add dimension and volume to your look, ensuring plenty of movement and fun. Finish off with some boots that match any of the three garments to tie the whole look together, and you’re all set! Add in some turquoise jewelry if you’re really looking for some adventurous contrast.

CORE in seasonal colors brings us pieces like the stretch poplin High Waist Jetter in Campfire. Cropped and ruched at the leg, Jetter features a soft jersey waistband that holds you in gently but firmly, with plenty of fabric flexibility to boot! The ruched mini Trace Skirt also looks right at home in this red-orange, and the color brings out the unique texture of the piece. Pair either bottom with the CORE Fjord Jacket, a mesh and drawstring lapeled piece with a fitted silhouette and central zipper. The tonal look is characteristically Fall-friendly, and the color flatters just about everybody. Newer to CORE, the Terraced Wide Leg pant brings soft volume in Campfire Pigment, and looks great worn with the single-button, hardware-pocketed Winslow Blazer in Canyon Dusk for some added contrasting structure. Also available in Campfire, the Cord Malanda Pant stuns in this hue. A skinny-fit style with inlaid zippered pockets, Malanda brings casual comfort to any look.

An XCVI classic, the Gored Peasant Skirt is back just in time for the autumn season. Long in length and ruched throughout with a jersey foldover waistband, this midi/maxi packs the ultimate punch, and can be easily dressed up or down. Wear her with Winslow for a more business-casual look, or opt for the soft waffle-knit of the thermal Oxley V-Neck in Canyon Dusk. Featuring a v-neck and contrasting ribbed jersey at the hem, cuffs, and neck, Oxley looks great and feels as comfortable as wearing pajamas outside. Throw the corduroy Westbrook Blazer on top for a layered look in Campfire. With a single-button closure and elongated tail, Westbrook looks sharp as can be, adding some angularity to your look.

The slight 70s vibe of this palette extends to silhouette with the Hydra Flare Pant in Burlap. Featuring a pull-on waist, cropped fit, and bell-bottom hem, Hydra adds movement and style to every look. Wear them with the Voile Babin Button-Up in Campfire. A classic blouse with a raw-edge hem and roomy fit, Babin is soft to the touch in rayon voile fabric, also pairing with the Twill Scrunch Leg Cargo in Burlap pant for a tactical look. Exaggerated flap cargo pockets, scrunched details on the back leg, and a pull-on drawstring high waist finish off this classic-with-a-twist trouser for a look that puts the fun in function.

Button-downs rule the school this season. In Canyon Dusk, the Twill Rizzo Top boasts short sleeves and a roomy fit that drapes just-so for a menswear-inspired look. Wear her with the Trace Skirt or any bottom in Campfire for an analogous color look. In Burlap pigment twill, the Jareth Shacket is the two-in-one to watch! With a cinchable waist and the combined character of a utility jacket meets button-up blouse, Jareth features long sleeves, lapel pockets, and a raw-edge hem to rough things up a little bit (in the best way).

For a soft, relaxed piece, try the Midwest Top in jersey Campfire. With a central seam, three-quarter sleeves, and a v-neck cut, Midwest makes a great staple piece. Soft, stretchy, and easy to wear, Midwest feels like comfort come to life. Wear her with any bottom in Campfire for a tonal look, or go for Burlap to round things out.

In dazzling warm tones, the latest Wearables collection is here to really bring out that Fall spirit. An ode to the natural world and sunset tones of the desert at sunset or on a cozy camping trip, this trio of Campfire, Burlap, and Canyon Dusk invites you to bask in the beauty of nature during the autumn season, bringing out the best in your surroundings and in you. Dress in harmony with the world around you as the leaves and skies change, and opt for colors that capture the feeling of a crisp Fall evening with Wearables new arrivals.
